EverestIMS Technologies Limited has entered into an agreement with Finportal Investments Private Limited for advisory services in investor relations. The mandate, effective from October 28, 2026, is for a period of twelve months and aims to enhance investor engagement and communication. The total consideration for these services is ₹8,00,000 per year, payable quarterly, excluding taxes and out-of-pocket expenses. The company has stated that the value of the consideration is not material as per its materiality policy. The agreement does not involve any special rights for Finportal Investments, nor are the parties related.
