Dhruv Consultancy Incorporates Subsidiary Valsang Drivehub

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has announced the incorporation of its subsidiary, Valsang Drivehub Private Limited, on November 6, 2026. Dhruv Consultancy holds a 55% equity stake in the new entity, having subscribed to 3,02,500 equity shares of ₹10 each for a total consideration of ₹30,25,000. Valsang Drivehub Private Limited will focus on the development, operation, and maintenance of wayside amenities along NH-150E in Maharashtra, a project for which Dhruv Consultancy had previously received a Letter of Award from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML). This move marks a strategic expansion into infrastructure development and operation of road-related facilities.
