Dhruv Consultancy Secures 15-Year Lease for Maharashtra Highway Amenities

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has received a Letter of Award from National Highway Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities on National Highways in Maharashtra. The project, located on NH 150E/O&M Solapur-Akkalkot/Valsang, has a lease duration of 15 years, including an 8-month rent-free development period. The annual lease rent is Rs. 11,40,000. This award is expected to strengthen the company's order book in the infrastructure segment and diversify its business portfolio.
