Dhunseri Investments Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Dhunseri Investments Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending 31° March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting where results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
