Diamond Power Infrastructure Appoints New CFO

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Kundip S. Thakker as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 20, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Pawan Lohiya will step down as CFO and KMP, effective October 19, 2026, and will be redesignated as Deputy Chief Financial Officer from October 20, 2026. Mr. Thakker brings over 26 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance, having previously served as CFO of Stelmec Limited and Head – Treasury & Shared Services at Blue Star Limited. He is a Cost and Management Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance.
