DIC India Appoints Hayato Kashiwagi as MD, Praveen Asthana as Whole Time Director

DIC India Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting. Mr. Hayato Kashiwagi has been designated as the new Managing Director, an Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel, for a term of 3 years effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Praveen Kumar Asthana has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel for a term of 3 years, effective July 15, 2026. He has also been appointed as the Occupier of all company factories. Ms. Meghna Saini has been designated as Company Secretary (Compliance Officer) & Head Legal. The company will seek shareholder approval via postal ballot for these appointments.
