DIC India Appoints Hayato Kashiwagi as MD, Praveen Asthana as Whole Time Director

DIC India Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on July 15, 2026. Mr. Hayato Kashiwagi has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Executive Director for a term of 3 years, effective September 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Praveen Kumar Asthana has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director for a 3-year term, effective July 15, 2026. Ms. Meghna Saini's role has been expanded to include Head Legal. These appointments are subject to shareholder and other necessary approvals. The company also approved a postal ballot to seek shareholder consent for these changes.
