Digispice Technologies Appoints Pankaj Arora as Executive Director

Digispice Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Arora as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director, effective August 1, 2026. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Arora will also serve as Whole-time Director and Company Secretary. He brings approximately 16 years of experience and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The company affirmed that Mr. Arora is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority and is not related to any existing director.
