Dipna Pharmachem Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Dipna Pharmachem Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani and Mr. Jitendra Pradipbhai Parmar as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective May 11, 2026. Mr. Parmar is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a Practicing Company Secretary with over 8 years of experience in corporate laws and financial management. Mr. Bachani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has expertise in marketing, business operations, and project management. Concurrently, the company reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with both new directors joining these committees. Neither appointee is related to any existing director of the company.
