UCO Bank: Director Nomination and Resignation

UCO Bank announced a change in its Board of Directors. The Central Government has nominated Shri Mohamed Ashraf J S as a Director, replacing Shri Hari Har Mishra. This change is effective immediately and is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shri Mohamed Ashraf J S, currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, is not debarred from holding such office. Shri Hari Har Mishra ceases to be a Director following this nomination.
