Dish TV Subsidiary Initiates ₹130 Cr Arbitration Against Vendor

Dish Infra Services Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dish TV India Ltd, has initiated arbitration proceedings against DCPlay Distribution Private Limited ('DCPlay'). The arbitration seeks recovery of ₹130 Crore, plus applicable interest, advanced by Dish Infra Services for the procurement of used Set Top Boxes and other services. DCPlay allegedly failed to comply with the agreed terms. The financial implications are limited to the outcome of the arbitration proceedings.
