GHV Infra Subsidiary Wins Emergency Arbitration Relief

GHV Infra FZ-LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of GHV Infra Projects Ltd, has initiated emergency arbitration proceedings against Rana Exim FZ-LLC before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). An Emergency Arbitrator has granted interim relief, staying the invocation of Corporate Guarantees issued under an EPC Contract for the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub. Rana Exim FZ-LLC is restrained from demanding or enforcing these guarantees pending the arbitration. The underlying claims, including the refund of EMD amounting to AED 11,242,746, remain open for adjudication.
