GHV Infra Projects Limited has received a significant work order from GHV (India) Private Limited for the construction of various infrastructural development works for the expansion of a car shed at Kurla. The order is valued at approximately ₹92 crores (excluding GST) and is slated for completion within 24 months from the commencement date. Notably, the entity awarding the contract, GHV (India) Private Limited, is a group company, with Mr. Jahidmohmed Vijapura having interests in both entities, and the transaction is confirmed to be at an arm's length basis.
