The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 26, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. SNDK & Associates LLP, established in 2015 and based in Ahmedabad, is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing services in auditing, accounting, taxation, and project finance.
