Sarojdevi Satynarayan Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Ltd, has disposed of 2,00,834 equity shares, representing 2.75% of the company's paid-up share capital. The sale occurred on June 19, 2026, through the open market. Following this transaction, her shareholding has reduced to 1.74% of the total paid-up share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at 7,31,55,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
