Maya Texturisers Private Limited, a promoter group entity of Disha Resources Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 1,00,000 equity shares, representing 1.36% of the paid-up share capital. The transaction occurred on August 19th, 2026, through the open market. Following this sale, Maya Texturisers' holding in Disha Resources has reduced from 4.10% to 2.73%. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
