Mayadevi Kabra Acquires 3.34% Stake in Disha Resources via Gift

Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Limited, has acquired 2,44,448 equity shares, representing 3.34% of the company's paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made through a gift from her immediate relative, Ms. Radhadevi Premnarayan Maheshwari, on June 19, 2026. This transaction was executed off-market as an inter-se transfer. Following this acquisition, Mayadevi Kabra's total shareholding in Disha Resources has increased to 12.61%. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
