Satyanarayan Jagannath Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of 2,00,000 equity shares, representing 2.73% of the company's paid-up share capital. The sale occurred on June 22, 2026, through the open market. Prior to this transaction, Kabra held 8,85,000 shares, constituting 12.10% of the total equity. Following the sale, his holding has reduced to 6,85,000 shares, which is 9.37% of the total equity. The total diluted share capital of the company remains unchanged at 7,31,55,000 equity shares.
