Disha Resources Ltd has disclosed that Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra, a promoter, acquired 2,44,448 equity shares, representing 3.34% of the paid-up share capital. The acquisition occurred on June 19, 2026, through a gift from an immediate relative, Ms. Radhadevi Premnarayan Maheshwari. Following this transaction, Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra's total holding in the company increased to 12.61%. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
