The disposal occurred on March 19, 2026, via an off-market gift to Ms. Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra, who is also an immediate relative and promoter of the target company. This transaction falls under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers Regulations, 2011.
