Promoter Sarojdevi Kabra Sells 2.75% Stake in Disha Resources

Sarojdevi Satyanarayan Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of 2,00,834 equity shares, representing 2.75% of the company's paid-up share capital. The sale occurred on June 19, 2026, through the open market. Prior to this transaction, Sarojdevi Kabra held 13.20% of the shares carrying voting rights and had warrants convertible to 4.48% of the voting rights. After the sale, her direct shareholding in shares carrying voting rights has reduced to 10.45%. The total diluted share capital remains 73,15,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
