Dixon Subsidiary Licenses IP for Microwave Radio Manufacturing

Dixon Electro Appliances Private Limited (DEAPL), a subsidiary/joint venture of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, has entered into an Intellectual Property License Agreement with Aviat Networks (India) Private Limited. The agreement, effective September 30, 2026, grants DEAPL a limited license to use specified intellectual property and technical know-how for the manufacture, use, offer for sale, and sale of microwave radios. This move aligns with Dixon's strategy to expand DEAPL's manufacturing capabilities in India and strengthen the domestic supply chain for critical telecom infrastructure.
