
Dixon Technologies Q1 FY27 Consolidated Revenue Up 25% to ₹16,076 Cr
Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations surged by 25% year-on-year to ₹16,076 Crores. EBITDA saw a significant jump of 105% to ₹991 Crores, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 137% to ₹869 Crores. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by an impressive 156% to ₹718 Crores. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Vachani and Mr. Atul B. Lall as Whole Time Director and Managing Director, respectively, for a further five-year term. Additionally, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 4,000 stock options to employees under the Dixon ESOP 2023 plan.
