DLF Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 13, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY 2025-26. The trading window for insiders is closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
