DMR Engineering Incorporates Bhutan Subsidiary

DMR Engineering Ltd has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, DMR Services Private Limited, in Thimphu, Bhutan. The company will hold a 70% stake in the subsidiary, which aims to expand DMR Engineering's business by providing engineering and technical consultancy services in Bhutan. The subsidiary has an authorized capital of BTN 40,00,00,000 and a paid-up capital of BTN 2,50,00,000. DMR Engineering has subscribed to 1,750,000 shares for a cash consideration of BTN 1,75,00,000. The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations.
