DMR Engineering Reappoints Rachana Agrawal as Director

DMR Engineering Ltd has re-appointed Mrs. Rachana Agrawal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2031. This decision, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors on May 16, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Agrawal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 32 years of experience in finance, management, and corporate governance.
