DOMS Industries Promoter F.I.L.A. Sells 7% Stake

F.I.L.A. Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini S.p.A., a promoter of DOMS Industries Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 4,248,184 equity shares, representing 7.00% of the total share capital. The sale was conducted through an on-market transaction on June 17, 2026. Following this disposal, F.I.L.A.'s shareholding in DOMS Industries has reduced from 26.01% to 19.01%. The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
