D.P. Abhushan Limited has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST at Hotel Balaji, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The meeting will address ordinary businesses including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kataria as Chairman and Managing Director who retires by rotation. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kataria as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of 5 years from October 1, 2026. The company will not close its register of members as there are no physical shareholders. Remote e-voting and voting through polling paper will be available for members registered by the cut-off date of September 18, 2026.
