D.P. Abhushan Re-appoints Santosh Kataria as MD, Anil Kataria as WTD

D.P. Abhushan Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 22, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kataria as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Anil Kataria as Whole-time Director, both for five-year terms effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
