Dr. Lal PathLabs Completes SN Gene Acquisition

Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of a stake in SN Genelab Private Limited, referred to as SN Gene. This follows an earlier intimation dated September 24, 2026, where the Board of Directors had approved the transaction. The acquisition was finalized on October 01, 2026, as per the terms agreed upon in the acquisition agreement. The company has stated that all necessary disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 have already been made in the previous intimation.
