DRA Consultants Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure for Securities

DRA Consultants Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure applies to Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, who are not allowed to trade in the company's Equity Shares during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2026 is yet to be intimated.
