DRC Systems Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Reappoints Directors

DRC Systems India Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 06, 2026. The Board considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hiten Ashwin Barchha as Managing Director and Mr. Janmaya Preyas Pandya as Executive Director, both for a further period of three years, subject to shareholder approval. The 14th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing.
