DRC Systems Re-appoints Janmaya Pandya as Executive Director

DRC Systems India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Janmaya Preyas Pandya as an Executive Director for a further period of three years, effective January 06, 2027. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on August 06, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hiten Ashwin Barchha as Managing Director. Additionally, the company approved and took on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports. The 14th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
