Dredging Corp Appoints Jasmeet Singh Bindra as Director & Chairman

Dredging Corporation of India Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Jasmeet Singh Bindra, IRTS, as Additional Director (Promoter - Non-Executive & Non-Independent) and Chairman of the Company. The appointment is effective from June 9, 2026, and will continue until the next Annual General Meeting or for three months, pending shareholder approval. Shri Bindra, currently Chairman of Visakhapatnam Port Authority, brings extensive experience in transportation and logistics. Dr. M. Angamuthu has ceased to be Director & Chairman of the Company.
