Integrated Proteins: Hiren Shah redesignated as CMD

Integrated Proteins Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 24, 2026, approved the re-designation of Mr. Hiren Dhirajlal Shah from Additional Executive Director to Chairman and Managing Director. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will be for a term of five years, commencing July 24, 2026. The board also approved convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on August 20, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, to discuss and approve the notice and explanatory statement. Mrs. Ankita Tejas Shah has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, which will run from August 17 to August 19, 2026.
