DS Kulkarni Developers Limited (DSKDL) announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Westpole Spaces Private Limited on October 05, 2026. This makes Westpole Spaces a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of DSKDL. Westpole Spaces, incorporated on April 19, 2026, is a real estate company with a paid-up capital of ₹10,000 and NIL turnover, having not yet commenced business operations. The acquisition was for a cash consideration of ₹10,000. DSKDL stated that the acquisition is not a related party transaction and requires no governmental or regulatory approvals. The move is intended for business expansion and growth, aligning the objects of both companies.
