Aspect Global Ventures Acquires 70.61% Stake in Duke Offshore

Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited has acquired a substantial 70.61% stake in Duke Offshore Limited, amounting to 69,59,800 equity shares. This acquisition, effective July 21, 2026, was completed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement executed on June 11, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Aspect Global Ventures held no shares in Duke Offshore. Following the acquisition, Aspect Global Ventures will be classified as a Promoter of Duke Offshore Limited. The total equity share capital of Duke Offshore remains unchanged at Rs. 9,85,72,000, divided into 98,57,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
