Dynacons Systems Sets Sept 23 Record Date for 31st AGM E-voting

Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has announced the record date for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) as Wednesday, September 23, 2026. This date will determine the eligibility of members to participate in the e-voting process. The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Members will have the facility to exercise their voting rights electronically through NSDL's e-voting services. The e-voting period will commence on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM and conclude on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
