Dynamatic Technologies Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insider Trading

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for purchase or sale of shares. The closure will be effective from 1st April 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from the publication of the Company's financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. This action is in line with the Company's Insider Trading Code and Code of Practices/ Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
