BGR Energy to Shift Registered Office to Tamil Nadu

BGR Energy Systems Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the shifting of its registered office from Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu. This move is subject to shareholder approval at the 40th Annual General Meeting and consent from the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arjun Govind Raghupathy as Managing Director for a further five-year term, effective November 11, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the company will seek approval for raising unsecured loans from its Managing Director and secured/unsecured loans from promoters, with an option for conversion into equity.
