BGR Energy MD Re-appointment, Senior Management Hire Approved

BGR Energy Systems Ltd's Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arjun Govind Raghupathy as Managing Director for a further five-year term from November 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed Mr. Rangarajan Mukunthan as President for Business Division. Additionally, approvals were granted for raising unsecured loans from the Managing Director and secured/unsecured loans from the Promoter group, with conversion options. The company also plans to shift its registered office from Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were also approved.
