BGR Energy Systems declares Q1 FY27 unaudited results

BGR Energy Systems Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arjun Govind Raghupathy as Managing Director for a further term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of Mr. Rangarajan Mukunthan as President for Business Division and plans to raise unsecured loans from the Managing Director and the Promoter group, with an option for conversion into equity. The Board also approved the shifting of the Registered office from Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu.
