Dynamic Cables Sets July 10 Record Date for Final Dividend

Dynamic Cables Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, via Video Conferencing. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Bali as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Rasik Mangal as General Manager – Marketing, designated as Senior Management Personnel.
