Dynavision Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Dynavision Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting also finalized the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 21, 2026, and set September 14, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining voting rights. The register of members will be closed from September 15 to September 21, 2026, for the AGM. Additionally, the company approved the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-2026, and appointed National Securities Depository Limited for e-voting facilitation and Mrs. Srividhya Narasimhan as Scrutinizer for the AGM.
