Dynavision Ltd's subsidiary, Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, received approval for a related party transaction from Dynavision Limited's Audit Committee on May 14, 2026. The subsidiary's Board approved a Power Sale and Power Purchase Agreement (PSPP) with Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited for the sale of solar power under a captive consumption arrangement related to a "Phase 3 – 450 kW" capacity addition at the Aruppukottai Solar Power Plant (ASPP). The project will be funded through internal accruals and external debt/financial assistance. Additionally, Dynavision Ltd's Board approved extending a corporate guarantee in favor of HDFC Bank for a loan availed by Dynavision Green Solutions Limited.
