Dynavision Green Solutions Appoints New Director, Accepts Resignation

Dynavision Ltd's material subsidiary, Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, has accepted the resignation of Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy as Non-Executive Director, effective June 30, 2026, due to personal reasons. Concurrently, the board has appointed Mr. Suleelal.V as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Director, effective June 18, 2026. Mr. Suleelal.V brings 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including 19 years in the Energy Domain, and also serves as the Managing Director of the holding company, Dynavision Limited.
