Earkart Limited (formerly Earkart Private Limited) has announced its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with regulatory circulars. The Notice for the 5th AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, will be sent electronically to shareholders. These documents will also be available on the company's website and the BSE India website. A cut-off date of Wednesday, July 8, 2026, has been set to determine eligible shareholders for voting. The company will also offer remote e-voting facilities.
