Eastern Silk Appoints Vyas and Vyas as Statutory Auditors

Eastern Silk Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Vyas and Vyas, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s B K Shroff & Co.
