Easy Trip Planners Approves ₹5,000 Million Rights Issue

Easy Trip Planners Ltd's Board of Directors approved the issuance of equity shares on a rights basis for an amount not exceeding ₹5,000.00 million. The board also approved the Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) to be filed with SEBI and the Stock Exchanges. The company will intimate the Record Date separately upon finalization.
