Eco Recycling Board Meeting on Aug 10 to Consider Q1 Results & Dividend

Eco Recycling Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the board will consider and recommend a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The agenda also includes approving the Notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting, Directors’ Report, Corporate Governance Report, Annual Integrated Report, and fixing the AGM details. The appointment of the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 will also be considered. The trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results announcement.
